Need to make a return? No problem, we have a 30-Day Return Policy

We're sorry there's an issue with your product and are happy to resolve. Simply return any unused item in original packaging purchased directly from our website for a prompt refund or direct exchange within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing slip.

Note: Kaltja Products purchased from one of our partners should be returned to the distributor you purchased from. Distributor's return policies will apply.


RETURNS
Here’s what you need to do:

Request a Return Authorization by emailing info@kaltja.international 
Make sure you send your name and order number in the body of the email.  We will then send you a Return Authorization Number. Once received, follow the three steps below;

 

  1. Properly Package in the Original packaging for return.

  2. Clearly Mark with the Return Authorization Number # obtained from Kaltja International

  3. Send Your Package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method (FedEx, USPS or UPS) to:

RefundsYour Refund will be Issued within 1 business day of receipt. Refunds for new, unused items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

 

  • Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  • Special order items or modified items are non-refundable.

  • Returns shipped COD will not be accepted.


Returning from a Retailer or third-party Dealer
If you bought a Kaltja Coffee product from one of our retailers you will need to contact them for their Return Procedures and Policies.
