Need to make a return? No problem, we have a 30-Day Return Policy
We're sorry there's an issue with your product and are happy to resolve. Simply return any unused item in original packaging purchased directly from our website for a prompt refund or direct exchange within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing slip.
Note: Kaltja Products purchased from one of our partners should be returned to the distributor you purchased from. Distributor's return policies will apply.
Here’s what you need to do:
Request a Return Authorization by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Make sure you send your name and order number in the body of the email. We will then send you a Return Authorization Number. Once received, follow the three steps below;
Properly Package in the Original packaging for return.
Clearly Mark with the Return Authorization Number # obtained from Kaltja International
Send Your Package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method (FedEx, USPS or UPS) to:
RefundsYour Refund will be Issued within 1 business day of receipt. Refunds for new, unused items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Special order items or modified items are non-refundable.
Returns shipped COD will not be accepted.
Returning from a Retailer or third-party Dealer
If you bought a Kaltja Coffee product from one of our retailers you will need to contact them for their Return Procedures and Policies.
